Source|One Recruiting takes a personal approach with both our candidates and clients. We make it a point to meet all of our candidates in person. We also have the ability to shape our services based on our client’s requests.
Many times restaurants will not post their open positions to the public. While many of our clients do have HR departments of their own, they rely on companies like Source|One to find qualified candidates for their open positions. We will schedule an in person meeting with a representative from your company. It is important for us to get to know your corporate culture, needs, and expectations so that we can work to find you the best possible candidates for your open positions.
Once both parties agree to move forward we will begin the recruiting process. The length of time it takes to find the right candidate can vary depending upon how specific the position is, and what your expectations are for the position.
We will personally screen, interview, and reference check all candidates. All interviews are conducted either in person or by web cam. We will only send your company the candidates we believe in most. This shortens the interview process and ensures that you will only be seeing the best candidates available.
After the candidate is hired, we will check back periodically to follow up on the progress of our candidate. It is important to know how we are doing so that we can continue to improve the experience here at Source|One.

Prior to Source|One, President Scott Reedy worked 12 years in transportation and distribution where he developed a passion for excellent service, innovation, and leadership. He entered the temporary staffing arena in 1994 when he joined Source|One Staffing to specialize in new business development. In 1999, Scott became the owner of Source|One and embarked on a mission to build and expand his brand of staffing services.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in Marketing. He is a proud Eagle Scout and founding father of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at NIU.
Art spent 8 years in the Marine Corps prior to entering into the Staffing Industry. During his 13 years in the staffing industry Art has held various positions throughout his career from On-site Manager to his most current position of Executive Vice President. Art’s varied career includes recruiting, transitions, acquisitions, business development, multisite/state management, team building and customer service.
Art has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Illinois University in Political Science International Relations.
Our Professional Service Coordinators understand and appreciate the value of servicing our clients. When you work with us, we assign a specific person to oversee your account. We feel that personal business relationship is key in making sure you get all your expectations are met and you are not being passed around to different people within our company. We can provide employees to fill your staffing needs on a temporary or long-term basis.
Try a new employee before hiring them. After a period of time on our payroll, you are free to hire them as permanent employees of your own workforce.
Put your employees on our payroll. We assume the risk of unemployment, workers compensation, benefits, advertising and recruiting costs.
With years of experience in the industry, we are available for whatever human resource questions you might have.
We will assign a team of Service Professionals to your company to manage your supplemental staff.

We will schedule an in person meeting with a representative from your company to do a site tour and conduct a personal assessment of your company's employment needs. This usually takes 45-60 minutes.
Within 24 hours the Sales Representative that is assigned to your account will follow up with you and discuss the needs assessment. Once both parties agree to move forward, we ask the company to completely fill out and sign our Client Agreement
Once our Client Agreement is completely filled out, our Professional Service Coordinators will start sourcing candidates and filling positions as needed.
After the order is filled the Sales Representative assigned to your account will periodically check in and see how our employees are doing and answer any questions/concerns you have.

To be considered for temporary employment at Source|One Staffing, you will first need to fill out our online application by clicking (here – link to contact form) and attach your resume. Once you have filled out all required information, a Source|One employee will contact you.
Once a Source|One employee contacts you, you will be asked to come in for a face to face interview to discuss your skills and qualifications. Bring with you 2 (two) forms of government issued identification.
If you meet the required qualifications for a current job opening, a Source|One Staffing employee will call you and present you with a job offer. You will be required to stop by one of our three branch offices for directions to the job site.
